Counter Sales Associate - Evergreen

NEXT Supply is a new generation supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics – setting superior standards in service, product availability and delivery. NEXT has strategically located local warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each with a full quantity of inventory and strong, strategic delivery capabilities.

As a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, you will provide excellent service by communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions. This role combines sales responsibilities with hands‑on warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Provide fast and friendly service at the counter, over the phone, and through email. Assess customer needs and offer assistance and solutions.
• Process orders quickly, handle returns and the required paperwork, and source items that are not in stock.
• Help with picking and packing orders, restocking items, and accurately keeping track of inventory.
• Assist with warehouse tasks to keep the area clean and safe. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while making deliveries when needed.
• Work alongside team members to resolve issues related to orders, transfers, and purchase orders. Provide support and training to junior staff.

• Over 2 years in a customer‑facing role within the industry. A clear police record is necessary for employment.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing and hydronics, with a strong history of good customer service and making strong connections.
• Ability to explain technical details effectively to different people. Skilled at handling busy counter operations. Can use computer applications with ease.
• Can work independently, takes charge, and is responsible. Flexible with work hours to fit the needs of the business.
