In this role, you'll coordinate efforts to review and enhance revenue reporting processes, supervise a talented team of clerks, and develop actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools. Your analytical skills will directly impact the revenue integrity framework within the Housing Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for revenue system improvements and integrity
• Supervise Special Initiative Clerks and their performance assessments
• Create insightful reports and dashboards for leadership review
• Coordinate policy development to address funding issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system solutions
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Business or comparable field preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years in finance or housing policy analysis
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Experience mentoring or managing teams on complex projects
• Effective communication and organizational skills
