The Keyholder is responsible for leading shifts, providing cannabis education, supporting merchandising, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a welcoming shopping experience for customers

• Share product knowledge and provide recommendations

• Assist with daily operations and store organization

• Process payments and manage POS functions

• Ensure inventory accuracy and restock shelves

Requirements:

• Relevant retail or customer service experience required

• Strong communication and customer-focused approach

• Must hold a valid cannabis selling certification

• Age requirement per province: 18/19+ years

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and remain standing for long durations
