Position: TIFF Retail Associate for Film Festival
Support the TIFF mission as a Retail Sales Associate during the Toronto International Film Festival. Engage with customers while promoting a love for film and culture.

Your key responsibilities will include handling merchandise, maintaining the visual standards of the TIFF Shop, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role requires you to work collaboratively, embracing the diverse atmosphere of the festival from July 6 to September 30, 2026. Candidates should be passionate about arts and culture, possessing strong retail or customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, restock, and manage retail merchandise

• Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal in retail spaces

• Actively listen and respond to customer needs

• Uphold safety standards in store traffic

• Execute accurate transactions using the POS

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities

• Flexible schedule availability during festival

• Interest in film industry is advantageous
