As a key team member, you will help maintain store operations during early morning or late evening shifts. Your responsibilities include managing inventory, merchandising, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations before or after hours

• Conduct inventory counts and manage product replenishment

• Create visually appealing merchandising displays

• Engage customers and curate tailored product collections

• Model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics

Requirements:

• Ability to start work at 5AM or attend early interviews

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred

• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn

• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds safely

• Bilingualism is required in Québec; other languages are a plus
