Retail Event Staff North York

The Merchant of Tennis is looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join our 2026 Team Event Staff, on a full-time basis for the 2026 National Bank Open, Toronto.

Employment Dates:
Saturday, August 1– Thursday, August 13, 2026. Full time hours Minimum 64 hours (8 hours per day over 8 days), including evenings and weekends per Event Store hours.

• Welcome and greet clients
• Provide excellent service in all aspects of the sales experience
• Assist clients by effectively communicating
• Facilitate point of sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stock, replenish, merchandise and organize inventory
• General cleaning and organization of the retail sales space

• Friendly, helpful and customer service oriented
• Work collaboratively with all team members
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills - listening, understanding and responding
• Receptive to feedback and willing to implement recommendations
• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commit to a work schedule

Preference will be given to individuals with a background in tennis and/or retail sales.
