This position requires 7 months to less than a year of experience and focuses on critical tasks such as cutting, trimming, grinding, and packaging various meats. You will also be responsible for creating impressive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to stand for long periods in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cut standard and special meat orders
• Trim and package meats with efficiency
• Weigh and grind meats for retail purposes
• Assemble eye-catching displays of meat products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 months experience in meat preparation
• Must work on-site in cold conditions
