As a Retail Training Manager, you will utilize your 2–4 years of experience in cosmetics or education to inspire teams and elevate customer experiences. Your expertise in training delivery across various environments sets the foundation for a successful beauty journey in store. Collaborating closely with store leaders, you will ensure that training materials are relevant and consistent while uncovering opportunities for development across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training in-store, virtually, and in classrooms
• Coach leadership teams for effective training execution
• Champion training program participation across all levels
• Support new store openings through tailored training
• Develop and refine training content for accuracy
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of cosmetics or education experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Available for travel across Canada (40–50%)
• Certification in adult education or equivalent experience
