Join the Retail Team as a Design Consultant, helping clients create dream spaces. Use your design instincts and retail experience to make personalized spaces come to life.

As a Design Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients to understand their vision and guide product selections. You will conduct in-home, virtual, and in-store consultations, providing tailored design solutions using 2D and 3D tools.

Your role will include ensuring company loyalty services are communicated effectively, maintaining performance targets, and tracking orders through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify design needs

• Schedule and conduct consultations in preferred formats

• Create 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards

• Communicate about company loyalty services

• Maintain sales performance targets and track orders

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience, preferably commission-based

• Proficiency with retail systems (POS, Microsoft Office)

• Strong creativity and design instincts

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Formal education in design is an asset
