Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through adherence to company policies and customer service

• Model effective sales and service behaviors for team members

• Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff

• Provide ongoing product and sales training to existing employees

• Implement effective opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management

• Passionate about fashion and customer engagement

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
