As part of our team, you will be responsible for following our sales process, networking through our CRM, and offering tailored advice to enhance customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle inventory management, adhere to cleaning standards, and participate in training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively follow all steps of the sales process
• Network with shoppers and maintain client information
• Ensure inventory is received, signed, and secured
• Follow daily store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Engage in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
• Previous customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds
