Position: Retail Sales Associate for TIFF Shop
Join TIFF as a Retail Sales Associate and enrich visitors' experiences at the TIFF Lightbox. This seasonal role focuses on exceptional customer service and merchandising.

As part of the TIFF team, you'll report to the Retail Manager and play a crucial role from July 6 to September 30, 2026, in servicing various retail environments including the TIFF Shop and Pop-up. Candidates with a background in retail or customer service will thrive by actively engaging with customers, maintaining store aesthetics, and demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage merchandise operations, including inventory and pricing

• Keep the TIFF Shop clean and visually appealing

• Interact with customers to gauge their needs

• Oversee customer traffic and ensure accessibility

• Conduct transactions efficiently on the POS system

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years in a retail or customer service role

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Able to adapt to a weekend work schedule

• Interest in the film and arts is beneficial
