As a Sales Lead, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in daily operations. Your primary goal is to drive sales initiatives and coach associates to meet their performance targets. A strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer service initiatives to exceed sales targets
• Support operational tasks for accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards
• Uphold compliance with safety and operational guidelines

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Strong attention to detail in inventory management
• Capacity for moderate physical activity throughout shifts
• Flexibility to work over 35 hours a week if needed
