Become the First Face of the Brand at Carter’s as a Supervisor, where you will warmly greet families and enhance their shopping experience.
In this Part-Time Supervisor role, you will act as a brand expert, guiding customers through our extensive baby apparel selections. Your responsibilities include maintaining a strong customer focus on the sales floor while ensuring a safe and inviting space for everyone. You will be tasked with coaching team members and overseeing specific business areas to drive results effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product navigation
• Model exceptional service standards and coach the team
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for customers and staff
• Execute assigned business areas with precision and planning
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong computer skills, including web navigation and Outlook
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
