Job Overview

Part‑Time Sales Associate – Toronto Premium Outlets. Provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, develop product knowledge, and support store operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with shoppers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and maintain up‑to‑date product expertise.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Follow all security and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Perform watch servicing tasks, including sizing and battery changes.
• Assist with additional store tasks as needed.

• Strong selling skills with experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and store objectives.

• Hourly rate starting at $17.60 plus commission on all sales.
