In this part-time role, you will work about 10 hours a week, reporting to the Store Manager while embodying Swatch's core values. Your main responsibilities will include driving sales, offering top-notch customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will leverage your product knowledge to assist shoppers and help maintain store aesthetics via effective visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with sales
• Process sales and returns efficiently during shifts
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in store
• Uphold compliance and workplace safety protocols
• Support inventory management and operational tasks

• Open availability to meet store needs
• Ability to lift and manage weights up to 35 lbs
