Odd Cookie is gearing up for our biggest retail expansion yet, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Retail Launch Coordinator to join our team on a 5-month contract.

You'll play a key role in helping bring Odd Cookie to more shelves, more stores, and more customers across Canada. This is a fast-paced position perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves spreadsheets, and enjoys seeing projects come to life.

Hybrid role based in the GTA, with some travel required throughout the region.

Contract:

August–December 2026.

3–5 years of experience in project management, retail, events, operations, or a related field.

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Excited by retail launches and event execution
• A self-starter who loves getting things done

• Coordinating retail launches and in-store activations
• Managing timelines, trackers, and project plans
• Supporting events, demos, and brand experiences
• Working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
• Keeping multiple moving pieces organized and on schedule
