• Assigning duties to store staff;
• Help prepare work schedules;
• Training and supervising store staff;
• Monitoring inventory and submitting inventory request reports to store management when supplies fall below pre-determined levels;
• Instructing staff on the handling of difficult and complicated sales;
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
• Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed; and
• Assisting employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store, such as serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and cash duties.

Permanent, Full-time

$36.00 per hour

30 hours per week

Toronto/GTA

• Secondary School Certificate
• 2 years to 3 years of work experience in a customer service, food service or retail sales role is required.
• Prior Supervisory or managerial work experience is strongly preferred
