  25–35 per week (4 days/week, approximately 6 hrs/day)

  Assigned territory with 2 retail locations per day, 3 hours per location
• Compensation:
  Competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives

• Deliver clear, accurate product education and create a welcoming experience for customers while complying with regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with store staff and managers to equip them with knowledge and tools to support customers.
• Follow a structured schedule of visiting two retail locations per day, spending approximately three hours at each location, and drive sustained growth within the territory.
• Manage travel across the Greater Toronto Area efficiently to ensure punctuality and consistent execution.
• Influence purchasing decisions responsibly, close sales, and accurately complete customer registrations while safeguarding sensitive information.
• Address challenges quickly and effectively to maintain a positive experience for customers and retail partners.

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve measurable targets in retail or field environments.
• Previous experience in retail sales, territory management, or field marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with or interest in tobacco products and the adult tobacco consumer market is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and educating customers in a professional, compliance‑focused manner.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and category insights to customers and retail staff.
• Proficient with digital tools and systems, and confident adapting to new platforms and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and transport assets up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
