We are seeking a polished, sales-driven, and client-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for fine watches and jewellery, and relationship-based selling who thrives in a high-performance environment.
As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional client experiences while building lasting relationships with collectors, enthusiasts, and luxury consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a world-class and personalized client experience at every stage of the sales journey
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and boutique objectives
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across watch collections, complications, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Guide clients through high-value purchases while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Manage client appointments, consultations, and after-sales service inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and support CRM initiatives
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, visual presentation
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive, professional, and high-performing luxury environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, luxury watches, or high-end sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Passion for timepieces and an interest in watchmaking and craftsmanship.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and clienteling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and highly service‑oriented
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Competitive base salary starting at $29 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities
