Your focus will be on providing top-tier customer service, educating team members, and assisting with conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the retail store while managing security systems
• Lead staff in delivering exceptional customer interactions
• Support onboarding and training initiatives
• Monitor customer feedback and manage inquiries
• Communicate effectively with staff about store policies
Requirements:
• 2 years of retail experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Clear criminal record necessary
• Provincial Cannabis Certification is required
• Proven ability in cash handling
