Bluboho is eager to welcome a Full-Time Connector who can be available on weekends and is committed for a minimum of one year. You'll focus on relationship-building, sales success, and showroom presentation. This role includes ongoing training and collaborative merchandising efforts to uplift the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate positive relationships with guests
• Develop a detailed guest database for future interactions
• Strive to meet and exceed daily sales goals
• Execute engaging merchandising changes regularly
• Ensure clear communication with other departments
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong teamwork and independent workflow skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
