As a key member of the Supply Chain team, this temporary full-time role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in grocery retail management. You will enhance data integrity and improve process systems while training the Store Automated Ordering Team. Reporting on inventory accuracy while partnering with leadership will be essential for the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures for store ordering
• Develop systems for optimal on-shelf product availability
• Create KPIs to ensure precise inventory forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
• Implement new tools and best practices for business improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business preferred
• 5–7 years of grocery retail management experience
• Advanced analytical skills with database applications
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Must be bilingual in French and English
