The Assistant Store Manager is essential to delivering a top-tier coffee experience while leading the café team. A balance of business orientation, strong leadership, and a charity for coffee and hospitality is required. You will facilitate the professional growth of your team while managing daily operations to ensure both guest satisfaction and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop café staff and their functions
• Actively engage as a brand ambassador
• Execute policies including food safety and cash handling
• Assist with inventory and ordering efficiency
• Ensure a consistent delivery of exceptional service
Requirements:
• Excellent communication with a focus on hospitality
• Comfortable using POS and other key software
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
