In this role, you will oversee account lifecycle management for national retail accounts. Your focus will be on securing new opportunities, creating tailored programs, and partnering with buyers to negotiate impactful merchandising plans. Conduct market visits to analyze trends and strengthen retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management of national retail accounts
• Identify new opportunities in existing accounts
• Develop and execute account-specific promotional programs
• Negotiate listings and merchandising plans with buyers
• Perform store visits for market trend analysis
Requirements:
• 3+ years in account management or sales in beauty
• Experience with major Canadian pharmacy or retail
• Background in cosmetics, skincare, or CPG preferred
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Enhance brand visibility and sales performance by driving strategic initiatives across key retail partners in Canada.
