- 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
Ability to work full time—including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Compensation & BenefitsThe typical hiring range for this role is between $61,000 and $80,875 CAD annually. Base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on experience, skills and internal equity.
Eligible partners may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact, and in annual bean stock grants.
