This Assistant Manager role reports to the Senior Category Manager at The Mobile Shop. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Inventory, to plan and analyze promotional campaigns. Your analytical skills will help ensure pricing and promotional effectiveness, and you will support strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute category initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with teams on customer-facing channels
• Analyze promotional performance and identify improvements
• Conduct competitive pricing reviews and market analysis
• Prepare insights for Monthly Business Reviews and presentations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
• 1–3 years in category management or retail merchandising
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
