In this part-time/full-time role, you will leverage strong customer service skills to assist in driving product awareness and connecting leads with sales representatives. By engaging directly with customers, you'll educate them on product offerings while generating leads to contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage customers and build rapport effectively
• Provide tailored product information and recommendations
• Identify and qualify potential leads through customer interaction
• Track activities accurately within CRM systems
• Ensure retail space is well organized and stocked
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present products confidently and clearly
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
