As a Retail Associate, you will support day-to-day operations including opening/closing. You’ll bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and a positive energy that reflects our store's culture.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales- Welcome customers and create a friendly, supportive shopping environment
- Assist with styling suggestions and product knowledge
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering solutions
- Process transactions efficiently using our Shopify POS system
- Handle in-store pickup orders and online order support
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are neat and visually appealing
- Maintain store cleanliness (Including staff common areas) by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and dusting regularly
- Restock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory standards
- Tag, steam, and prepare new arrivals for the sales floor
- Support fitting room operations and manage customer flow
- Help prepare for promotional events, holiday setups, and seasonal merchandising
- Perform inventory counts and support restocking during peak hours
- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing the stockroom
- Ensure accurate handling of low-stock items and transfers
- Assist with opening and closing tasks such as tidying, reconciling go-backs, and securing the store
- Prepare end-of-day pick-ups and restocking for next-day operations
- Prior retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and upbeat attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Reliability during peak periods or be able to cover for other staff if they are unable to come in
- Social Media / Digital Marketing experience is a bonus especially if you are comfortable being on videos

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Canadian sales: 1 year (required)
