Aiper is seeking a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes for major partners like Lowe’s and Best Buy.
Your role will involve detailed inventory planning, ensuring adherence to US regulations while optimizing stock levels. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of order fulfillment for key retail accounts
• Develop data-driven inventory management and replenishment plans
• Ensure timely and accurate OTIF delivery to clients
• Facilitate after-sales support and resolve customer issues
• Coordinate with logistics and finance for efficient order processing
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in retail supply chain management
• Expertise in DSV and retail compliance
• Proficient in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English;
French is a plus
