You will ensure that every product is accurately represented and help create a unique unboxing experience for our customers. Your organizational skills will support our luxurious back-of-house operations while assisting various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, pack, and ship online orders efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house space

• Write and publish detailed product descriptions

• Support inventory transfers and internal product movements

• Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias promptly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, ecommerce, or logistics experience

• High attention to detail and excellent organization

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in fashion or luxury retail preferred
