In this position, you will oversee high-volume event processes and ensure that every brand-led initiative delivers an exceptional client experience. You will coordinate with brand partners, manage event requests, and maintain compliance while your strong organizational skills keep event preparations flawless.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee event intake and approval for brand initiatives
• Coordinate compliance documentation with brand partners
• Manage the event request inbox and intake portal
• Execute SKU uploads and system data entry
• Collaborate with teams to enhance event operations
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of retail operations or event coordination experience
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to excel in quick-paced environments
