Summary The Stock Support at Yorkdale Boutique performs administrative and back-of-house duties to support boutique and Head Office operations while upholding Chanel standards of customer service, product care, personal presentation, and teamwork. The role includes inventory preparation, packaging and gift wrapping, maintaining back-of-house organization, and assisting with boutique operational needs.
Responsibilities Maintain clean, tidy and organized back-of-house areas
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and stock
Prepare and organize boutique inventories and related documentation
Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared, stocked and tidy
Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed
Communicate effectively with boutique colleagues, management and Head Office
Ensure confidentiality of commercial activities and internal affairs
Requirements Experience in customer service and stock management; retail experience an asset
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work retail business hours including weekends and flexible hours as required
Professional presentation and behaviour
Reliable, supportive and able to work effectively within a team
