Position: eCommerce Coordinator for JENNY BIRD
Elevate your career as an eCommerce Coordinator with JENNY BIRD in Toronto. You'll support optimizations and manage product setups in a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

This full-time position reports to the Senior eCommerce Manager and involves daily operations of the Shopify storefront. You'll engage in product information management, audit website content, and enhance customer interactions through effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate closely with various teams to drive promotions, analyze sales data, and respond to industry trends all while supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product descriptions and inventory on Shopify

• Conduct website content audits for both Canadian and U.S. sites

• Optimize merchandising strategies for improved customer experience

• Collaborate on sales preparation and launch strategies

• Analyze daily and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, or similar

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel

• Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics

• Understanding of SEO best practices

• Strong analytical and communication skills
