Multi-Branch Retail Area Manager Position

Elevate customer service and branch performance as a Retail Area Manager for Cash 4 You across Ontario. Manage 3 to 10 branches with a focus on operational excellence and discipline.

In this hands-on role, you will support an assigned portfolio of Cash 4 You branches, initially overseeing 3 to 5 branches with potential growth based on performance. Your responsibilities include visiting branches, coaching employees, and ensuring compliance with established standards. This role requires a strong retail background and a passion for field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit branches based on performance and risk priorities

• Coach frontline staff using company standards and tools

• Validate in-store operations and enforce compliance

• Identify and escalate issues impacting performance

• Submit detailed field notes documenting observations

Requirements:

• Strong experience in retail management or operations

• Proven ability to improve store performance

• Comfort with accountability and system adherence

• Skills in conducting direct and clear coaching

• Willingness to be active in the field, not at a desk
