This position focuses on effective order processing and includes managing Shopify's backend, conducting fraud checks, and updating product inventory. Your communication skills will be vital for liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery and handling of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute online sales and manage promotions on Shopify

• Conduct daily fraud verification checks for security

• Upload new products and update existing ones in our inventory

• Process orders and collaborate with order pickers for fulfillment

• Address customer inquiries concerning backorders and ETAs

Requirements:

• 1 year experience with Shopify is essential

• Experience in online marketplaces is an advantage

• Excellent professional English writing and speaking skills

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
