Our showroom is a creative resource for designers, architects, and trade professionals where inspiration, materiality, and exceptional service come together. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and highly organized individual to help support the systems and experiences behind our collections.
We are seeking a Showroom Sample & Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. Working primarily from our Sample Room, you will help manage the behind the scenes operations that keep our showroom experience exceptional, from sample organization and inventory systems to sales support and process improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who loves design, thrives on organization, gets excited by efficiency, and enjoys being the person who makes a team run better.
You will work closely with our sales, product, and showroom teams to ensure designers receive the right resources, samples, and support for their projects.
Key Responsibilities Sample Library & Sales Support- Manage the daily operations and organization of our memo/sample room.
- Prepare and pull samples for sales representatives and designer requests.
- Process sample requests efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate sample shipments, returns, and vendor requests.
- Communicate updates, delays, and inventory issues proactively with sales.
- Support the sales team by ensuring samples are accurate, organized, and readily available.
- Assist with showroom organization and presentation when needed.
- Maintain accurate sample inventory and replenishment tracking.
- Manage memo inventory, depleting inventory, and discontinued product protocols.
- Organize labels, supplies, packaging materials, and sample resources.
- Help implement improved systems including barcode scanning and inventory tracking.
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow.
- Assist with new collection arrivals and organization.
- Create labeling and placement systems to ensure collections are easy to access.
- Support product and showroom teams with collection launches and updates.
- Gets excited about efficiency, organization, and making things run better.
- Loves being the person who makes the team’s job easier.
- Is naturally detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy.
- Enjoys supporting sales and creating a seamless client experience.

Experience in interiors, textiles, fashion, retail, hospitality, administration, or operations is an asset, but curiosity, organization, and a willingness to grow are what matter most.
