Summary
Responsible for maintaining a secure environment for clients and employees while acting as a brand ambassador to deliver a positive in-store experience. Role combines security duties with back of house operations and supporting store sales and service goals. Requires adherence to security systems and participation in opening and closing and incident management procedures.
Responsibilities- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times
- Act as the first point of contact and Tiffany brand ambassador for clients
- Support sales by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations to meet sales plans
- Execute service standards and deliver memorable in-store experiences
- Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
- Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
- Perform daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs
- Valid security license
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
- One year prior security related experience preferred
