Position: District Manager - Training at Shoppers Drug Mart

• Develop a common year plan for store financial targets

• Provide coaching and guidance to store management

• Recommend best practices for customer service improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in Business/Merchandising required

• 7-10 years of retail management experience

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in various settings

• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for relocation
