Indigo aims to hire a Customer Experience Representative to foster exceptional customer interactions and enriching store experiences. Your responsibilities will include store operations, merchandising, and engaging customers through storytelling. You will model Indigo's values while ensuring a safe, inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support store operations during flexible hours
• Perform inventory counts and manage product flows
• Maintain merchandising standards for an inviting display
• Create engaging connections with customers on the sales floor
• Promote safety and well-being for all employees and customers
Requirements:
• Must attend interviews between 6AM and 8AM
• Ability to start work at 5AM
• Experience in retail or specialty stores is a plus
• Flexible, adaptable worker willing to learn
• Bilingualism in French/English needed in Québec
