Your primary focus will be motivating and developing a high-performing team while ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for visual merchandising and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the elegance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique
• Inspire and train the store team for growth
• Achieve and exceed sales performance goals
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards
• Act as a brand ambassador for ba&sh
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Results-oriented with a dynamic mindset
• Bilingual English/French is a strong asset
