In this customer-facing role, you'll engage with clients both in-person and digitally, addressing their garment needs and promoting alteration services. Your skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution will be invaluable as you manage customer flow and support stylists in closing sales through gown fit consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and clear communication
• Promote alteration services and gown customization options
• Maintain high store standards for a flawless shopping experience
• Ensure quality control for all altered garments
• Address customer concerns with confidence and efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel
• Prior sewing experience, ideally in bridal
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks and manage inventory
