In this role, based at the CHANEL flagship Boutique, you will manage alterations and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality craftsmanship. Your expertise in tailoring will be pivotal in training the team, supporting Boutique Management, and creating memorable client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise precise alterations while maintaining original garment style

• Perform fittings for clients in unique settings when needed

• Coach the team on CHANEL techniques and customer interactions

• Manage workload in the Atelier for timely completion

• Uphold CHANEL standards for quality and cleanliness

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of experience in high-end fashion or luxury tailoring

• Comprehensive knowledge of garment fabrics and construction

• Experience leading and nurturing a team environment

• Exceptional client communication and luxury service skills

• Comfortably use digital tools to enhance workflow
