Manager, Store II

Our Bon Look - Toronto Eaton Centre is looking for a Store Manager to fill an existing vacancy. This full‑time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday with evening and weekend availability.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a customer‑focused environment. You will empower staff, optimize store performance, and enhance the lives of customers in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment.

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and align with company strategy, goals, and values.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve store objectives.
• Build and inspire motivated, high‑performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision.
• Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve store objectives.
• Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust‑based culture.
• Drive store development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives, and optimizing customer care and store performance.
• Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and creating value for every customer.
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred.
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a quick‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset.

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $62,000 to $77,500 annually, considering factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
