Position: Full-Time Retail Visual Supervisor
Elevate the retail experience at Eaton Centre, ON as a Full-Time Visual Supervisor. Engage customers with creative displays and impactful product placements to drive purchases.

As a vital member of the in-store team, you will be responsible for enhancing visual merchandising while ensuring profitability. This role requires a creative individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze trends and floor layouts. You’ll work on innovative window displays, seasonal changes, and communicate key insights with the Town Merchandiser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract customers through engaging visual merchandising

• Alternate displays according to seasonal trends

• Analyze Oracle figures for optimal product placement

• Communicate feedback on merchandising practices

• Provide training for team development on displays

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year in visual merchandising

• Must possess creativity and imagination

• Strong attention to detail required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Commitment to a high standard of store maintenance
