Key Responsibilities:

• Protect and enhance the customer experience daily

• Support management in training and onboarding new associates

• Supervise the sales floor in the store manager's absence

• Ensure compliance with operational policies and inventory procedures

• Participate actively in merchandising and maintaining store standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation

• Excellent English communication skills; multilingual a plus

• Organized with great attention to detail

• Comfortable making autonomous decisions
