Elevate your design career as a Visual Coordinator at EQ3 in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on creating visually inspiring floor plans to optimize retail success.
As a Visual Coordinator at EQ3's Hanna Store, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to enhance visual merchandising and drive business results. With at least two years of retail management experience, you’ll leverage your knowledge in operations, design, and floor planning to execute seasonal layouts and product orders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal floor plans to boost sales and attract customers
• Review incoming product orders and prepare for execution
• Communicate necessary updates via RIR, SharePoint, and email
• Partner with the Store Manager on data-driven adjustments
• Facilitate staff support and oversee sales floor maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of retail management experience
• Degree or certificate in design-related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and InDesign is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
