Administrator, Price Execution to manage promotions, pricing compliance, and merchandising support processes -
Join a fast-paced retail environment focused on ensuring accurate and compliant pricing across promotions and major events. This role supports merchandising teams through detailed price creation, maintenance, and reporting activities integral to national sales campaigns. The position offers exposure to large-scale pricing events and collaboration with cross-functional merchandising partners.

1–2 years in retail merchandising

Experience in pricing and cost maintenance, execution, and integrityMerchandising item setup and maintenance exposureCollaboration with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Technology, and FinanceResponsibilities
Run pricing compliance on rollbacks and Save Now promotions to meet Canadian legal requirements and explain failures with actionable recommendationsExecute promotions and retail/cost changes ensuring completeness of linked items and required fieldsSupport creation and auditing of deal funding for promotional offersAnalyze incoming pricing requests to ensure legal and business compliancePull weekly flyer data from marketing applications and create event downloads as backups for provincial flyer pricingManage major events such as Black Friday and Boxing Week, executing compliance tests and producing event downloadsAnalyze and approve multi-save promotions and assist in resolving store issues related to those promotionsResearch pricing-related store complaints and provide clear, efficient resolutions and explanations to merchant teams
