Position: Store Associate at The Salvation Army
Become a Store Associate at The Salvation Army's Thrift Store in Toronto. Provide customer service and ensure smooth retail operations while supporting the mission of helping those in need.

This part-time position is vital to our operations at 1447 Queen Street West, Toronto. You'll engage with customers and donors, sort products, and maintain store presentation and safety. Success in this role requires teamwork and attention to detail in customer interactions and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers/donors in a friendly manner

• Process customer transactions with accuracy

• Sort, hang, and price donations efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Ensure security and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Some high school coursework completed

• Experience in customer service and cash handling

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds

• Knowledge of lifting guidelines and safety procedures

• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
