As an integral part of our team, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Your role involves anticipating customer needs, managing the cash wrap with care, and maintaining a well-stocked sales floor. You will also engage with customers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients while anticipating their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash wrap
• Process shipments and manage stock levels effectively
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer details
• Execute visual merchandising updates in store
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, ideally luxury
• Familiarity with fashion trends and market dynamics
• Proficiency in cash register systems and technology
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and work flexible hours
